    Not sure what you mean by signwriting software. Do you mean graphic arts software? or rip station software? We use coreldraw for graphic arts and flexi sai software to drive the printer and plotter. your plotter should have it's own software to drive it.

    52 includes the registration marks. i don't use the barcode function. but its probably the same as the registration marks. Stacey K , what's the widest youve printed on yours?

    I always tell them they must come into the shop and bring cash. Usually it's a number like $20,500 plus tax. Nothing goes into production until after I receive payment and there are no refunds. I never get a response back.

    We schedule a 4 hour block for this install. It may take 1.5 hours or 2. Then it sits in front of the shop for advertising for the next hour until the customer picks it up.

    as you gain experience, you tend to not have as many reprints. at least in our shop, that's been the case. our screw ups are fewer and farther in between these days.

    if it's not too cold yet where you are, 70s ish? you can get away with wrapping it outside. box trucks are pretty quick and easy.

    the hp machine is latex. which is water based. there's no need to remove the printheads.

    i don't know if that one will work or not. The substrate needs something to hold it upright. it's not as stiff as acrylic.
