Why must you use MDO ?? Does the realtor think it's less money ?? Til you buy the wood, horse around with it filling voids, priming, 2 top coats, you'll have the cost of a 10mm acm board in 5 minutes vs. 4 days of fartin' around with the wood. Educate your customers.

Used duran with about 5 or so coats of clear on it. Changed them out about every 12 years. Last time, we put the backside of recycled poly faces on and they're doing great. Countersunk the screws and it's sweet.

If you know the thickness, perhaps you could order a 1/4 sheet, put a blade to it and snap them yourself and have off-fall for your next order
