When it does the cleaning check to see if anything is coming out of the waste tubes. If nothing is coming out then it may be the capping station or a clogged tube or something else. If there is plenty of ink coming out, then it may be a fuse.

I have used both for temporary real estate signs. You can use the 4mm if you back it up with plywood or something similar. For 4x4 temp signs I do use the 8mm unbacked on 2 posts but it doesn't last more than a year at the most..

I have one of these. The dx2 print heads are becoming more expensive. It is slow but does what we need it to do.

A quick search says dx4. I have a falcon outdoor that takes the dx2 print heads that seem to be getting harder to find.

Before you buy, check the prices for print heads etc. I think they are becoming harder to find.

95% of the signs we make are real estate signs. We have seen in the past that the riders can bend and form a crease if the flutes run vertically. We always have them run horizontally for strength reasons.

I don't think the offer is permanent, possibly today only. Nor do i think it is a slip up since they supply the registration numbers for the program(s) on their web site.
