Take a chop saw and set it for 37 degrees and bevel the 4 sides.
Make sure it is cutting straight or the bevels will be angled.

Just thinking, if someone has a database of the sign shops in the US I would be happy to send $10 via PayPal to someone if they want to do a postcard mailing to the sign shops telling them about the way 3M treats its customers.
This may have already been discussed, I haven't read every post in...
Although the only thing I have ever wrapped is a present, I agree that it is a mistake on the part of 3M to compete with the very same people that they are selling their material to.

115.95 for the color print head, only takes wire transfers.
I was wondering the same thing
I know this is an old thread but thanks for all of the troubleshooting info.
Upping the voltage to 5.15v solved the same problem for me. I picked it up used and they probably never used it much because it would stop in the middle of a print.
Now it works great.
Just a thought
if you think voltage fluxuations may be the problem. Try hooking the printer to a good UPS. It will filter and regulate the power.
Tried it and got 1 good print, we'll see if it does more.
similar problem
I am having the same problem if anyone could offer some suggestions.
Does anyone have info on checking & setting the voltage on the power supply board?
