Take a chop saw and set it for 37 degrees and bevel the 4 sides. Make sure it is cutting straight or the bevels will be angled. Pm me if you need more info. We make around 2000 of these a year.

I know this is an old thread but thanks for all of the troubleshooting info. Upping the voltage to 5.15v solved the same problem for me. I picked it up used and they probably never used it much because it would stop in the middle of a print. Now it works great.

Just a thought if you think voltage fluxuations may be the problem. Try hooking the printer to a good UPS. It will filter and regulate the power. Tried it and got 1 good print, we'll see if it does more.
