Sadly, no. He was a dedicated hand-painter, but was good with computers, too. There are many people on this site who are greatly missed. Maybe we could create a thread of 'In memory of.......' whether they're alive or not.

My sacrificial sheet is about 4" thick for hand saws and 1" for the panel saw. Don't have a track saw, so not really sure.

We have two gigantic exhaust fans. They help quite a bit. Between our main rooms, we have 9 ceiling fans. Our computer room and main office have window units. We use steam heat which is great. Very warm when needed.

Of all colors, black will hold the most heat. Black pvc is really not the correct substrate for a situation like this..... in fact pvc is not the correct substrate of any color like this. If you wait any longer, they might start to go back to somewhat straight again with cold coming on, but it...

Avoid all of this by backing up the acrylic with anything solid from foam to wood and cut with any kinda saw and/or speed. Just make sure the acrylic doesn't flop around.
