So in flexi19 you have to do the barcode with reg marks in flexi not when you send it to rip. There is no option to remove the reg marks in the rip, I had sai tech support screen share and they couldn't figure it out and Said to try download 22. I don't use 21 because it wouldn't read my ICC I...

i am using 19 because 21 wont load my iccs anyway i make the reg marks with the barcode and when i print there is another set of reg marks on the outside of the one i setup with the barcode. what am i missing on the setup on flexi19? or is that how it is and my fc9000 will read the correct reg...

i cant use 21 for some reason it changes the colors on my prints even with the same settings from 19. when i print with barcode in 19 it adds another reg mark in the rip. how do i turn that off?

Well the tech that came and replaced our bad board used a Damm fc8000 board instead of the 8600 and was so much issues. Came back the next day and put in the 8600 and all is fine now ‍♂️

Ever get it figured out? We couldn't connect via USB or ip and ended up with a bad motherboard so replaced the board sadly

Could be static, lint on the head, hair on the head. Give it a good manual clean and check the print head if there is any goop stuck to it as well.

we had our mother board changed on our 8600-100 yesterday so going through and resetting things up condition 8 was a pounce tool so i changed it to cb blade to do our per cutting and it still pouncing instead of perf cutting. anyone have any ideas what im missing? i have condition 7 perfing...
