How old are the heads? Could be tbe head is starting to die in ya. But I would try the encoder strip flip first. My vs540 did this and it was static mostly and a dirty strip. I got a static rope that the material would go under before it went into the print area and that helped it go away.

We have a 54" eco solvent printer for sale in the next coming week. We have downsized to a 30" printer and no longer need this big printer. Has a year old print head, new dampers and cap top. Needs a small 3" piece of tube replaced for a slow leak from Magenta. It is setup for CMYK light cyan...
I guess either way there isn't a perfect solution if only our garage was insulated we could turn it into our work space lol but it's a rental so until we buy a place it's what we gotta deal with

Just so happens my neighbor is a electrician and came over and is going to add a 50 amp outlet at the box then one hole through the wall and run a cable to a box with two outlets so when we move we simply roll it all up and patch the hole. but sounds like alot of electricity so we shall see if...
