  1. Lexan bending questions

Yeah, I thought it must be C and not F but still seemed low. I think Lexan goes soft right around 150f-160f. I was troubleshooting the wiring under the headliner near the dome light (out in the sun) and I could feel the heat radiating off the roof sheet metal into the interior. It was too hot to...
  2. Lexan bending questions

Not quite sign stuff but I did wrap them with 2080 matte black and did the logos on the outside along with all the police gear. I made a small vice-mounted brake so I could cold roll these light guards (they keep the LEDs from flashing back off the windshield into the driver's eyes) into shape...
  3. Something fun for the rock garden... (I'll bet your CNC can't do this)

Looks really good. Why do people have rock gardens? Every Sunday my dad would make me and my brother collect the rocks in the yard to keep the crank on the mower from getting bent. No matter how hard we worked the rocks would always grow back by the next Sunday.

  9. Speaking of permits…

Should have claimed the change was 'logo-affirming care' for greater inclusivity and therefore did not require a permit, or parental notification.
  10. Better looking sign

Overall good. Seems off centered to the left, but it could just be the camera angle. (Repositioning the deadwood branch was a nice finishing touch)
  11. Kerry testified before the House Foreign Affairs Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee

I got a Whatsapp call from country code 234 this morning. I guess my good buddy the prince has some unused funds he wanted to deposit into my account. I couldn't pick up, so I must have missed out.
  12. Backlit Vinyl Bubbling After 3 Years

“OUTGASSING” & VINYL APPLICATION to TUFFAK® POLYCARBONATE MONOLITHIC SHEET Tuffak® polycarbonate monolithic sheets are not known to “outgas” in the traditional sense of the term. For example, new car odors are attributed to plastics, adhesives and sealers found in the interior of automobiles. As...
  13. Backlit Vinyl Bubbling After 3 Years

From what I have gleaned from this forum and other social media it is probably gender fluid.

Mirroring what is currently happening to the country?
  16. Kerry testified before the House Foreign Affairs Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee

I don't know what they were talking about, I was focused on the staffing chart - if it was offset another 1/2" to the left, it would have to be on another poster.
  17. Kerry testified before the House Foreign Affairs Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee

I can't believe how unprofessional our Country has become. I was so ashamed I couldn't watch all the way to the end:
