It is a no brainer to get the EPSON, S60600 best value, significantly faster than the S40600 and vg3 price difference between Roland and Epson leaves you with enough $$ to get a nice cutter if you don't have one already

I layer the colors on the flatbed laminator, makes it super easy to line up perfectly. Using registration marks/ level lines like others have posted

Put a piece of transfer tape over the registration mark and draw it in with a pen. then it'll read without a problem

I bet you would get the same result if you just removed the original backing sheet and reapplied right back to the original backing sheet. Second time the original backing sheet would come off way easier
