I would have gone to a local junk yard and gotten a replacement door fiirst. You finished product will look only as good as your canvas. Very difficult to turn a sows ear into a silk purse. But,....... That being said im sure your got some great experience wrapping your car. MB

When you use the term "Plexi" I assume your refering to trademark name "Plexiglas" which is acrylic. Your substrate could aslo be polycarboante, often refered to as "Lexan", (Another trade name). Polycarbonate will absorb moisture from the air as well as anything that is used on it. So if you...
