I set up a QR code for a customer and ganged it in with the rest of the graphics to be printed and at the end, everything printed but the qr code. I then thought maybe I did not marquee it properly and tried adding it to the next file being printed and again it did not print. I then tried...
Maybe this is the issue. I now have to put itinto a nozzle wash each night and kill the main power...even then each morning one of the channels is missing at least a quarter of the test print. Are they hard to install?
I Use Defender but it has never caught a virus....so I assume I have none.
I also use Super Anti spyware which I run about every 2 weeks and it always finds about the same amount of so called spyware at about a 700 count...from forums and social media I think.
The one thing I see daily on my...
Correction...everything is not back to normal. The new capping station seemed to work well for about a week, now every morning I run a test print and it is very strange. One day it is yellow, the next day it is cyan or magenta. 1 channel does not print. I run a nozzle wash for about an hour and...
I have a tech coming in this morning to look it over. It is weird...the more I clean the worse it gets. I have a capping station on order but for some reason they are never in stock it seems.
Posting a pic of the test print. One cyan channel is completely out. On Friday I ran a test and about half the nozzles were not firing, then I soaked the heads all weekend.
This morning there is nothing. I printed 4 stripes to see how bad it would be and surprisingly the prints are acceptable...
So basically the rear of the trailer is from what I can gather, raw aluminum or mill finish.... I think the everything around the old copy basically got sandblasted and pitted from exposure... I was curious why the other company did not talk to the customer before installing the new copy. In...
This is a pretty good customer of mine and recently they went through a name change of the company. They approached me to strip off the old graphics and reapply the new graphics. These are garbage trailers that transport garbage from here in Canada down to Michigan...( Thank you Michigan)...
My Wagner wallpaper steamer is a blessing. It may at times leave more glue residue on certain vinyls but rapid remover takes care of that. If there is a lot of glue and the weather is decent I just spray the heck out of it and then brush all the glue loose with a car wash brush, and hit it with...
Are these printed / laminated and then die cut or just regular vinyl cut letters? If regular vinyl cut, then 3M makes a 775 series that is on a clear liner which is really great for weeding small copy. (need to use high tac premask)
If they are digitally printed with laminate, then depending...
It is strange as I have the Summa T series 140 and it cuts incredibly well and for the most part accurate.... I might add that what speed are you cutting at and how far apart are your registration marks?
Not a solution for your problem technically, but why not just print all the red or burgundy in large rectangles then put the cutlines within the box, so that if it skews the cut line is still in the colored box.
