We print on clear vinyl and laminate with white vinyl. The clear we use is an Oracal.

Not Castle Bold. Capital C is wrong. It's Peignot Bold. It has a lot of knockoff names as well. Hamburgers is Arial stretched as you guessed. And Brush Flash or Brush 455 are correct.

The flipping every other tile only works if you send the entire graphic to Onyx and have it divide it up into tiles itself. You can control the width of the tiles and the amount of overlap. If you're creating the tiles yourself, turn off "allow rotation" and then when you import the files...

Make sure they don't paint with paint that repels everything. That makes it so vinyl doesn't stick.

Now it makes sense. I didn't understand that there was a printed sign involved. And you did it the right way. Laminate the print, then apply cut vinyl over the top of that. In that case, if the print was not on reflective, matte would work.

Are you going to cut letters from it or use it as a mirror?
