Are you asking about the 25' poles... the light standards themselves or the poles to hang the banners on ??
Around here, banners or anything hanging has to be at least 15' from the ground to the banner, if its near a street of any sort.
They came over, looked at it and said....... don't worry about it, just letter over it and no one will ever notice it......... they didn't even want a white patch of vinyl over it.
Yeah, I often noticed how similar skin is to metal. Only thing is, when metal vehicles meet human skin on the road, metal generally wins out. Skin is always ruined and the metal seems unblemished, except for some red stains.
