Not true,. the 3250LX is LED cured not mercury cured lamps. Nitrogen helps the cure cycle so LED can have the throughput speeds. No one at Vutek is lying they are just engineering state of the art USA technology. Take a tour of there facility and you will understand... If you want lies stick...

That is spec.. They go out of warranty after 12 liters (24 per head) as they run 2 colors per head. After that they just diminish in print quality quick. Latex heads are disposable and factored in operating cost so it is what it is.

Yes this is the 7th year we will be doing this project. Each year it grows about 20%. first 3 were done solvent next 2 UV curable last year Latex this year Latex Next year who knows??? Heads on the machine last about 12 liters per color and then they start to wear out. No biggy the heads...

Nope smells the same still have every other machine also and a couple new UV's. We still run the big solvents all day everyday..

Our favorite annual project about to kick in full steam. Year #7 for this. 2nd year on the LX 850. 2011 was 705,000s/f non stop 24/7 and the machine did perform as expected. Now for 2012 this project is a little over 900,000 s/f . Machine already has 1.3million s/f on it and about to run...

Adam, I know that for sure is not your P&L .... If so why bother that is super low margins. Tons of risk and cash for low return...
