Does both old and new cartridge say the same thing - [c]no o cartridge? If yes, your machine has a problem. If no, the new ink cartridge has a problem. Call your ink vendor for it.

Did you use any aftermarket damper or cap top? I would be surprised any of the above worked. I always use original on these two parts.

We have been asking you for a Jetbest ink invoice and you don't have one to show. Solution to your problem. Aftermarket cap top and dampers don't work on this particular printer model. As simple as that.

The keyword is if you used OEM Roland Cap Top? We changed with an aftermarket cap top with same result, right after OEM cap top replaced, 95% came out. Couple strong cleans. 100%. If you are using OEM and and without us being there diagnostic, can't help much. Sorry. Good luck.
