check your pinch rollers while cutting! you might see one of the pinch rollers has a separated rubber wheel that needs to be changed! It made cutting impossible. happened to me twice!

there is a technique to do large panels but you already have a lot on your hands. the technique is that you butt seam the large areas. and then you wrap the middle piece again but half an inch over the butt seam. this way the seam is truly invisible

print black and then lam with 3M 8900 lamination little bit overkill on black ink. Make sure you let it gas out for 2 days if you print with solvent Personally i do not like the printed cf since metro gets it printed on regular white vinyl. You can also do the same thing.
