You might want to consider an adhesive-backed aluminum product. It will conform to the stucco surface and likely bond better than an adhesive-backed vinyl might. Continental Grafix makes a 4mil version which is much more affordable than the thick stuff used for ground graphics.

Continental makes great perf which works very well on latex devices. Their Panorama One product is 164' long and sells for what most people are paying for a 100' roll of Briteline. We sell those rolls for only $391.14 which I see a lot of people paying for only 100 feet of Briteline.

I'd recommend against using a cast vinyl and lam on a completely flat sign. A good polymeric film (both print vinyl and laminate) will perform the same for a fraction of the cost. Like half the cost.
