    Unless it's bent they are simple machines to troubleshoot and fix. If it's not working I'm willing to bet you it's a power supply issue (I've put two in both of my Summas in the last 10 years) You can use a multi-meter to determine if that's the problem....if it is replacement takes minutes...

    The visqueen isn't really needed if you keep your boards close together. I've used it in the past just to help the planter hold water.

    Frame in your triangle using 2x6 lumber including cross pieces along the bottom. Line with visqueen. Fill with topsoil. Add plants. Viola! It's a 2000 pound planter!

    Kommerling USA, makers of Komatex PVC, have a "run to size" service. You want 4' x 50' sheets they can probably handle that. Shipping is gonna be an issue but if you're doing all the signage it would be manageable. A quick google search found two other PVC manufacturers who can do it.

    You didn't create the signs....your previous employers shop did. It doesn't matter if you did all the work, you were an employee, just a part of their system. For the installation it's the same thing....you were a subcontractor....part of their system.
