Orafol Oralite 5600RA as it comes in 54", applies easy and does not bruise easily for us. The new 3M780 is nice! Lot's of "pop" for sure with a good White point although about $4 a sq outta the box.

You could also look into some of the Esko solutions although generaly spendy.

I set the edge of my banner material to the edge of my platen and print the 1st side (I know that to be 15.5" to start of print), I then trim exactly that off the end off the print and line that edge up to the edge pf the platen for the 2nd side imprint.

I like the UltraFlex 18oz Pole banner for double sided banners, never buckles or headstrikes on us like lighter materials always would. It's a little costly but not as much IMO as loosing a 20'-30' banner on the 2nd side of printing. Not sure if there is a Latex version or if it's compatible but...

On our Rolands we crank up(Max on dryer) the temp for 18oz.

Same here, just remeber there are 2 versions, the printable and the not so printable.

We print a lot of 60", we have a 640 & a 540, I wish they were both 640s as I can use smaller media in the 640 but the other way around not so much. :)

If Grimco ever moves twoards carrying more wrap tools/supplies then Fellers will have a much tougher go of it. I've been asking for a while for more tool ptions from them.

We also have a full auotmatic/manual screenprint dpt along with Embroidery so we say yes. ;) Persoanlly I've never met a transfer I liked and we offer them as well.

When we have a standalone plotter we will name it Harry.

Price is more than fair and my 1st thought on the pics were nice but should be luster as well.

Does Production manager always show the cut paths as Black no matter how they are set in the original file?

Thanks, apparently Dual (Per Roland Support today) will not support our XR (to new) or our XC540 (to old). I found this pretty disapointing to be honest, purchased a new PC and everything to run Dual. Tried to install striaght up VersaWorks on the new Win10 Pro machine just to find it did not...

Here is what I see. I do notice that PerfCutContour is the same color in the Driver Option dialog box where as they are not in my file.
