Make sure you only use clear vinyl with solvent based adhesives in a wet install on glass. Aqueous based adhesives will turn 'milky' during a wet install but will eventually turn clear after the adhesive thoroughly dries out.

Same experience here. I only ever used a vertical panel saw a few times but it turned me off them for life. May have been a dud and I can't even remember what make it was. Bought an Altendorf, perfect repetitive accuracy - downside is it takes up a hell of a lot of room and $$.

In theory CMYKOG will 'match' well over 90% of your srgb color space and 94% of Pantone Solid Coated Colours...I haven't came across a PMS or any colour for that matter printed on the Epson that wasn't an acceptable match apart from the metallics and such of course. I know it may sound like BS...

Print on our Epson GS6000's, relative/relative and name the PMS colours in the .eps or .pdf file so the ErgoRip picks them up ans replaces them from it's look up table...do it everyday.

Sounds like paper skew where the take up reel isn't square and level and pulling media sideways as its rolling it up. There is an adjustment on the take up. Sit an empty core between the media and the printer as well, to keep some media from buckling as it enters the preheater area. I print...

A squirt of detergent in the mix helps stop the mister from gumming up with oil. Even just plain water/detergent mix works well with aluminium. +1:thumb:
