    I would use the mask in Photoshop to take background out save as a .psd and then place into "Illy" to make the vector for cutout.

    The best time to go is to buy some good weed in Canada or now New York and go in the winter when everything is frozen. The water mist is frozen on everything and you think you are in the Dr. Zavago movie. If your in Canada just remember they look down upon bringing weed int the US.

    Looks like your "10 year 2.8 mil black" is separating from the glue backing. Try some cast 3M cast black vinyl.
