    Have you seen the price of lead? It is not cheap anymore. Steel channels as mentioned should be enough weight.

    Repairing clear acrylic ?

    If using a track saw you can easily adjust the depth of the blade to cut. If cutting acrylic you just go maybe about an eight of an inch below the acrylic. I just use a 2 by4 underneath so as there will be no snap off at end of cut, it’s a pretty simple thing to do

    I agree with Bobby, dump that limp dick software. Used flexi years ago. Never used it again. It is made for people who don’t have a concept on design software. So much better alternatives out there without subscriptions.
