We ordered some 3D caps awhile back (2004) for our company. I cut one up because I was curious about how they did it and it wall all thread - no underlayment or foam - which was a big surprise to me.
The horse looks great!
EC film on HIP sheeting would be much easier for you.
If you have to cut the HIP with your cutter, you'll need to add a backer to the back of the release liner. We use app tape in a pinch. Good luck!
The control panel fixed the problem.
Now we just need to figure out how to deal with the static. I talked to a guy named Bill at stopstatic.com yesterday. He's supposed to be calling me back with some suggestions.
I just ordered the "Display PCB" from GBC by calling 1-800-790-7787 and giving them part number 706011156 that I found here:
http://gbcconnect.com/assets/docs/TITAN_110_165_PARTS.pdf
for $436.15 plus shipping from Wisconsin. The rep told me that the part number had changed but they still kept...
For anyone else who has to order parts, don't bother submitting the online form and waiting for a response. After 24 hours without hearing from anyone, I called 1-800-790-7787 and placed the order in a matter of minutes.
I tried Rayco also but didn't get a call back there either.
So we just had the same thing happen to us yesterday afternoon. Like cartoad, I'm hoping a new control panel fixes the machine. I waiting to hear from GBC about the cost of the part now.
Regarding this:
I found the website for the part that Steve mentions above...
Did you find the parts you needed? I need something for our Titan also and found this thread. I tried GBC yesterday but haven't heard back from them yet. I'm going to try Rayco this morning when they open. I'm just wondering what ended up working for you so I might try the same thing.
Thanks!
I had played around with the scanner when I first got it but got distracted. We recently hired a new admin and I got her to start scanning stuff in today. It's working great so far!
I upgraded our Quickbooks because it has a feature where you can attach files to transactions. We're...
The salesman called me. There doesn't seem to be any significant differences between the QB2012 version and the Paper Save Plus version. PSP will allow you to view all attachments outside of QB in a separate window but I'm not sure how that would be beneficial to me. We'll likely just upgrade...
We're trying to streamline operations which includes having less physical documents to file and track. Being that many vendors now send us PDF's of our invoices, I want to be able to attach these files to the transactions that are associated with them in Quickbooks. The benefits of this...
I'm in the process of redoing the gantry but artbot's comment inspired me to post how ours looks right now.
...and yes, I realize the moisture trap is upside down. :)
