On point, but dude bit off a big chunk. T-shirts, vinyl, flatbed work, banners, postcards etc...YIKES!!!! I'm overwhelmed just listening to him. Printing is only part of it. Getting things ready to print and print finishing takes a lot of time too. Then add in answering phones, emails...
Nope and why should it change? Claiming to help under the guise of self promotion isn't the way to go about things.
You should have been up front about everything but you chose to obfuscate and were outed.
Now you're angry because your plan backfired. That's all on you.
Cheers,
RJ
Phooey, I was hoping there would be a miracle cure. Makes me wish there was a bombsight like the Gerbers. Hmmm...I wonder if there's a manual mode on the Summa? I'll have to do some digging.
Such a good chap coming back after a decade to help us poor schlubs that don't know what we're doing.
But but I'm not selling! It's free for 3 months if you use my link so I get a "spiff" for every schmo that signs up.
Your altruistic nature is incredible.
No subscriptions for me. Funny thing is the lead shot on the website looks an awful lot like what I have in Affinity Designer. Just sayin'...
BTW If you're going to sell stuff here you need a Merchant Member account. Otherwise the town folk will be here shortly with their tar and feathers.
Find a print shop in your area with an HP Indigo digital press. I say Indigo because I run one in the lab but any commercial digital press can do it.
With a digital press you gain the capability of VDP(variable data publishing)
An Offset press will work great too and if this is a recurring...
I run 60" bogus(kraft)paper on my RS1650. Done it that way since day one over 15 years ago. Full rolls, sheets or weird size pieces no problem. YMMV
No rewind though so I do that manually. I no longer do enough large work to warrant a better solution.
Good catch. Proper work cells will have a yellow boundary line(no mans land), "mail delivery" zone and completed work zone.
The company video show they are on the right track without strict adherence to Six Sigma protocol. I know this since I lived it for years. Management was hardcore with...
Work cells for repetitive/similar tasks with only the tools necessary on your station board.
Parts or subassemblies are brought to the work cell by "mail delivery". That's what it was called where I used to work.
No incomplete kits were delivered to a work cell.
Bringing complete kits to the...
Yes, I did a search and scoured through what popped up. Unless I missed it I didn't see any "silver bullet" fix.
Any tips or tricks for contour cutting 50/50 window perf with a D140?
Printer is a Mutoh. Software is Flexi Pro.
Plotter would read most of the marks then Digitize Point popped...
IIRC it is only women doing the assembly.
Poka Yoke methodology is used to error proof. If you notice the rota-bin only allows the worker to select the correct part at the prompt. It will also know how many you took. Systems can also include tools with feedback loops. Torque specs, force to...
The "flight recorder" in vehicles will hang you in court. A dash cam is icing on the cake. Not far from where I live an idiot speeding in town killed a whole family. Then the lies started until they pulled the data from his car. Forget the fact that he was drunk and high. Almost 90mph in a...
For smaller pipe I use Knipex Cobra pliers. My set includes 6", a pair of 12" and a 16". Once they lock on you only need to apply pressure to the top handle.(great if you have arthritis like me)
The 12" are enough to egg shape 1" schedule 40. I find them much faster and easier to maneuver...
I use a local sheet metal and fab shop. Works slick, Email a DXF of the shape and units required. Should be one in your town or the next town over.
BTW running the blanks through a dishwasher cleans them perfectly. Not that I would ever do that:rolleyes:
If you bought the printer new it should have come with Mutoh Flexi. If it didn't ask the person you bought it from where it is since it is of no use to them.
Only thing with the Mutoh version of Flexi is it only works with Graphtec plotters. Not a deal breaker since you need to buy a plotter...
