Head should have something to lock it in place. Don't want that rattling around. My Mutoh was delivered fully assembled in an enclosed trailer so I agree with Sign Me Up.
Where is Artbot when you need him?
Good question though. All I can say is the solvents in the eco-solvent ink soften/open the surface allowing the color particles to bond. Somewhat similar to auto paint where each layer bonds to the next.
What about contacting a place like Kennametal?
I know they're geared toward industrial CNC work, but they make tooling that can survive titanium, inconel and other hard to machine exotics.
Recommending tooling for an acrylic and ACM sandwich should be a walk in the park for them.
Never know...
Colors are good, just keep the layout in line front to back otherwise the visual is off. Repeat the same stripe only smaller above the running boards. Stay about 200-250mm away from the wheel arches.
Stripes from that era are pretty basic. Three colors at the belt line, repeat the colors on the rocker panels. Unless it was a mural the graphics at that time were very linear.
I know because I did some of that work when paint was the only way to customize.
Not much help, but a quick Google...
It can be done. I used to do it for the occasional just need it for the weekend throw away. They turned out okay, but not as nice as 18oz blockout with two smooth sides.
Used to do double sided with my Roland. Never tried with my Mutoh..hmmm.
Talk to the contractor and tell him in very specific terms it has to work or there is no point installing anything.
Ask for specifics and go over the calcs and type of equipment.
Don't assume they are the be all end all. Some HVAC shops have a narrow focus and don't do industrial solutions...
Fast turn means educating the client regarding specific file requirements including profiles. Your equipment also has to be profiled. You will still have to preflight to make sure those requirements have been met.
Educating the client virtually eliminates having to color correct prepress or...
Nice, definitely on the right track.
HVAC contractor should be able to do the calcs for current conditions. It will most likely be a steam injection unit. There are also wall mount steam units. Either way they should know how to size the system.
Buy an ultrasonic humidifier and lots of distilled water. Fired mine up a few days ago when we the below zero temps started. Checked it the first morning we were at 43%. Running at roughly 48% right now, but ideal is 50 to 55%.
Geez you're not very trusting are you? Those banners could be for the Make A Wish foundation.....in Zimbabwe....for the....ummmm emperor or something. Yeah, that sounds about right.
When using Illustrator or Indesign.
Add two inches to width and height of size requested.
Full bleed to those dimensions.
If no bleed is possible add 1pt stroke to those dimensions. This becomes your trim line.
Print.
Trim to bleed or stroke.
Hem.
For Flexi:
Design to finished size.

Nope, just the straight parts. Bends will suffer but that is due to cheap equipment. Top drawer stuff is all mandrel bent.
Depending on the cert they will check various places. My cage cert only required one diameter of tubing with a specific wall thickness.(1.625"/0.134"wall DOM) Dash...
Depending on what needs doing they aren't complicated to work on. Encoder strips are super easy. Encoder boards are easy. Ribbon cables are easy, but I had my wife help since her hands are small. She fished them right through in about a minute. Cap tops are easy, just don't lose the springs...
Not sure but ultrasonic checking is required to get an NHRA cert for a roll cage. NHRA sanctioned tracks won't allow you to compete without a current cage cert.
