So familiar, but can't find it.
  3. First wrap - Mercedes Sprinter van.

Yes, that is the correct vinyl to use. Good luck, just make sure you prep it good, and don't over stretch or bridge those window panel areas.
  4. Can I please get some font help!

This looks so familiar, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance!
  5. Anyone with a couple square feet of gold chrome?

Cheetahwrap.com sells by the yard, as does Fellers I'm fairly sure. Basically same company anyway
  6. looking to decrease my ecosolink curing time before lamination

+1 on the black box dryer. We have a couple of them, and they work great
  7. Vinyl is peeling ... what should I seal it with?

Are you guys meaning edge primer? That you can't use with some vinyls, but I haven't heard of any vinyls that you can't edge seal. Not that this would fix the curling issue. Just trying to see if I am learning something here

  10. Completely frustrated with applying long panels on RV (Please Help!)

Has anyone on here tapped their panels together first like this and apply in one large panel? One of our installers prefers installing panels like this on RV's and large trailers on big piece. I think it is what you are used to. I can see the advantage of it, but I personally do not feel it...
  11. Some font help please!

This font seems so familiar on the Pacifico wording, but I am just not finding it.
  12. Gold Leaf Boat Stripe

PPF is paint protection film. It is optically clear, and great for sealing the edges of vinyl on boats. You can buy rolls precut to widths of 1/2", 3/4", and 1". Basically looks like a thick roll of packing tape with a backing. Xpel is one brand I would suggest, 3M makes it as well. Only...
  13. Gold Leaf Boat Stripe

I think I would run a PPF on top of the stripe going onto the gel coat about 1/4" on each side of the gold pinstripe. This would protect it, and seal the edges all together.
  14. starting out

    The file name is epic!
  15. Best vinyl for a sprinter wrap

Both methods work well. Never tried hexis, but with the others, it will stay in the grooves. Prime except with oracal, work it into the groove, and post heat. Cutting and dropping is usually the goto method, because it is much faster and easier when doing fleet wraps. There is occasion when...
  16. That old saying about getting what you pay for isn't always true.

Looks a lot like mottling. A little heat should get rid of it, and make it glossy again
  17. This font seems so simple....and I can't find it!!
