I have noticed for the past 2 years or so these so called "branding/ad companies" are calling and handling sign jobs. ABSOLUTE PITA! I dont know who or what put the people at the top of the food chain but they need it dial it down some. Latest company emailed me and asked me to make a job site...

The problem is you went over ridges, same as on a work van. It never fails vinyl is gonna lift. It didnt hurt you had a laminate also, vinyl may have been better. In the future when a customer ants this just say no and go with panels

duct tape and silcone will work without fail. Place drops instead of lines. I use silicone to install a lot of stuff

may i suggest, instead of gemini pads using circle cut from 3/4" pvc pads placed as you wish on rear of acm. As far as adhesion on the rear of acm i would spray 2000 epoxy primer, available in spray can at auto paint suppliers also spray on front and back of pvc and using GE clear non paintable...

right off the bat I dont like the thought of this install on this pylon sign BUT I would make 2 banners 15oz and make them go all the way to the end of the posts and use tek screws and large washers, NEVER cut wind slits! The other option would be 4x8 coro on wood posts in front of and behind sign

I would use 1/4" acrylic routed or 1/4" pvc letters. You can order them thru https://eliteletters.com. less expensive than gemini IF painting is the only option. I would place mask on building and spray 2k auto prmer and then spay you lettering color on that....lots of work
