    If the media is skewing while cutting, cut shorter sheets or replace the rubber feed rollers. Then, If you can find a push roller assembly and you can program the 7000 to read the extra roller it will work great. If you can't program it shave the sensor tab off and it will great as well.

    Power Down, Restart and reload media. Make sure roll of media is moving freely before loading.

    For a temporary fix: Unplug the switch and connect the two wires together, this will close the circuit. That switch is there for a reason. REPLACE IT

    This problem happens periodically with my Flexi 21. I have found that by shutting everything down and restarting, everything works great again. Also every two days I deleat all print and cut files that are finished. I have found if I don't everything runs very slow.

    Wow! I will always start at the basics now. I totally missed the misaligned pinch roller. The Roland's I run let you know if a pinch roller isn't in its proper place. Thank You Solventinkjet, I won't forget this.

    Thats a pretty bad buckle. Turn down the pre heat and make sure vinyl is feeding in straight and taught.

    I have fixed two of these. Used two small pieces of ACM one for each side and a couple of small machine screws with nuts. Going on two years with no problems. Just take your time, it took me three tries to get it right.

    I print battery labels for a local shop here in Florida. Only 200 a year. No problems in five years. Printing on Roland XR-640 with Eco-Sol Max 2 ink, no laminate.
