Honestly, I don't have any heat whatsoever in my laminator. We just go slow enough and I don't think more than once or twice in the last about 20 years, ever getting any silvering.

If he/she doesn't quite have the market for digital prints, they can easily use a liquid or spray clear on the smaller prints. Once they have the need, they can figure out a game plan on setting up a laminator.

I imagine, just the bottom two panels need to be removable, so just put a base piece into the posts and use overlays and screw them fast to your base piece. I've got signs like that up all over our area.
