    The really weird thing is..... if you moved the cut to the right, it doesn't look like it'll fit anyway. It's off by a small amount on one side of the letter and a different amount on the other side of the same letter. It's not consistent. It looks like the wrong file was used for cutting.

    Most likely. We rewrote the sh!t to make the gerber run on other software programs where they didn't have gerber capabilities. I don't know if the 15" still has the stuff on it, anymore ?? Doesn't matter anyway.

    Gerber plotters were built like sherman tanks. Have a 15" HS and a 30" HS and still using the 30" quite a bit. Stopped buying the 15" stuff years ago. Just not worth it. In fact, haven't really used the 15" set up in about 10 years.

    Now, here is where you tell me to shut up and mind my own business, but why on earth are you attaching 12" high metal letters to glass ?? That's what paint and vinyl are for. At that size, you'l need studs, pads and more than glue. Show us a picture of where this practice has already taken place.

    40c is meant for flat surfaces and mild curves. Does you truck involve compound curves, indentations or other problem areas ??
