Colorado print quality is very good, I do small photo prints and the photos come out as good as a real photo printer. I had some gray/light gray labels I printed on vinyl and they looked just as good as aqueous samples the customer provided
The dell power supply is auto switching voltage, you can switch the cord and plug into 110v
That's a pretty overpriced pc for the spec you got, hopefully you didn't pay more than $700 for it
yes you can swap the cord, there will be a voltage selection switch on the power supply, make sure you set that to voltage that matches your outlet voltage
If your pc comes with a 250watt power supply you must have purchased a really cheap/crappy computer.

Look for a keyboard with cherry switches, i have a couple Logitech g513 keyboards and it's great for typing and gaming. I don't use mouse pads, what mouse are you using

Smaller text will be harder to work with, i do a lot of small text and the smaller it is the harder it is for it to stick to the transfer tape. Just how it is I guess

Another brand to checkout is Miura II XY cutter, should be about 1/2 price of a new comparable fotoba. Fotoba has some advantages but it's close. I almost purchased a Miura but went with a flatbed instead
