Agree 110%... Only machines are ripe for about 2 years then something better comes along. Faster, Bigger and Cheaper to run....

Never heard of mesh looking "washed out" No way to even tell difference between mesh and banner. No need for any different profiles other than whatever you use for banner or double passes. If anything mesh requires less ink density and should be able run at machines fastest speed with no issues...

Very limited machine... When you are not printing on textiles or poly the machine sits idle... Quality is good but like all Rolands speed is very SLOOOOW. If you can keep it running it can make you $$ NU Sign Supply sells them as well as Alpha Imaging.

Call Vutek they make a head reclaimer that attaches to Air compressor runs solvent through heads at 110-120 psi. A slight simple modification to the fittting to accept Spectra heads. Also you need to use Vutek California Head Conditioner this solvent it is very aggressive and really works great...

No way a flatbed digital press can print at 110,000 s/f/h. Not going to happen and even if it was possible machine has got to be several million dollars. Even the Inca Onset is 3 million and top speed is about 9000 s/f/h at 110,000 s/f/h that is over 3,400 beds in one hour. NOT POSSIBLE...

"DuraTrans" are not ink jet printed backlits. DuratTrans are constant tone backlit outputs produced on a photo based imager like a Lightjet or Lambda. Many clients will not accept inkjet backlits as a Duratrans knock off. They are not even close in quality....

How long does it take to do a 53 footer on a Machine like that? I would guess at least a realistic 12 hours?

Assumed that this machine came on casters like any other machine We have ever received (see attached) and it would be able to be pushed into place. What a detail overlooked.... 8 hours later, 2 forklifts, 6 dolley's and 4 auto jacks we got it in and placed.... That was a fun experience...
