    Very quick... Brushed aluminum background masked by an oval. Layer "Blending options" to add the "Bevel and Emboss" and "Color Overlay" (Multiply w/ 80+ opacity). You will have to create a custom Contour under the Bevel and Emboss to get the look you want. I hope that helps...
