  4. usb to serial converter

I don't know which motherboard you have, but here are a few suggestions: 1. Your motherboard may have a serial header on the board. If so, you just need to find a cable and backplate. They are only a few bucks. 2. You may be able to add-in a PCI or PCI Express Serial Add-in card. 3. Gerber...

  6. Oh no!! No serial port after new motherboard. Only usb's.

This is often true and is your best bet. If not, the Serial / USB adapters are definitely worth a shot. Either way, I would be happy to help if you want to give me a buzz.

  9. Install FlexiSign 8.6v1 on Windows 7 Problems

You may try to turn that computer off completely and see if you are able to do anything in the license manager on the new computer. Because Flexi is able to recognize a dongle over the network, it is possible that the old computer is "using" the dongle and not allowing the new computer to do...
  10. Install FlexiSign 8.6v1 on Windows 7 Problems

Just out of curiosity, is there another computer on the same network that has used the dongle in the past?
  11. Install FlexiSign 8.6v1 on Windows 7 Problems

Does your dongle look like it is installed correctly in Device Manager? I would absolutely use the newest Sentinal driver, not the one that came on the CD. In License Manager, are you 100% sure that the license key is correct and that you don't have any spaces before or after the key?

  16. Flexi Sign Pro need to import large file to print

8.6v2 is a little older, but I believe it should be able to open or import a tiff.
  17. Flexi Sign Pro need to import large file to print

Flexi should read a flat .tiff. Newer Flexi versions will even read layered tiff. 150ppi should be more than enough resolution.
  18. Flexi Sign Pro need to import large file to print

I guess that is my point. Is your PS file at 300ppi at final output (at scale)?
  19. Flexi Sign Pro need to import large file to print

Are you flattening your tiff when you save it for print? What resolution are you at? That seems like an awfully large tiff for those dimensions.
  20. Latex 310 - hardwire? Crossover? Etc.

Me either, unless they are worried about an older Ethernet adapter not automatically switching (crossing-over). In the case of an older Ethernet adapter being used, adding a modern switch would automatically make the cross-over if needed.
