Al ready been down this path and I would like to buy another VP 540 since I have so many parts or I will sell them. DONT ULTRA SONIC clean the heads. Take them off and soak thrm over night in solvent and run a syringe of solvant through after it sat all night. FYI. Your head is blown.

HAHAHAHA! We did try the trash can method with a helmet like these guys did, but we did use alot of heat and avery wrap film. Problem is the visor and chin guard they are not round like the pro in the other video. So we wrapped the helmet in 5 pieces / layers.

We have had the same issues with Magnum Magnetics curling up on the sides. At first I thought it was the 3M vinyl since it does not support a full bleed print as well as the oracal.

I had the same issue with the blue side and the error is on the main board, I am re-installing it for the third time in 15 min to see if it got fixed this time. Check the ribbon cables from the carriage board to the print head. Otherwise probably main board.
