My problem is the inverse. The control panel say 1ml but I still have around 50ml left in the cartridge and it still print. The printer do not ask me to change the cartridge.
I don't know if you have the same printer than me (L26500), but when the cartridge is empty in the middle of a print, the printer stop, let me change the cartridge and resume the printing without any problem.
So on the screen of the printer, it says that I only have 1ml of yellow ink left. I normally print until the printer stop and ask me to change the cartridge. I've printed maybe 30 linear feet of material and the printer never asked to change the cartridge. At the end, I take off the cartridge...
We use general formulation 226 everyday. Sometime, we could use 20 rolls per month with our latex without any problem so far. No lamination at all. But if a customer request lamination, I use liquid.
I don't know for the US, but here in Canada I use them weekly. I normally have my quote within 24 hours and never had a problem with the pattern or product itself.
I have a latex printer and the next one will be the mimaki. I really like the opacity of the white ink and the built-in cutter will be a great thing for small stickers. The scratch resistance on phototex is almost as good as my latex with a liquid lamination.
Yep, it affect us also. So we know now that we have to plan the orders accordingly. At least, our distributor close only 1 week compared to the one before that was closed for a month.
I use it to make rigid magnetic dry erase board. Great product but the ''paint'' layer is easily scratchable. I had to order at 3 occasion once because it was damaged in the delivery. I try to not use it alot just because of that.
Because I don't have an address in the states they don't allowed me to open an account.
