Totally agree with this. I didn't mean I was burnt out on life in general, just cranking out designs as fast as I can to keep food on the table. There is much more to life than work (thank goodness). Hey JRs. I was hoping no one would ask that :D Here's how I did it based on suggestions from another experienced sign maker. I'm sure there are better ways, but I think this should be sturdy enough for the application. The photos should be in order.

Here's one I finished up a couple months ago. I had some paint issues with this one and was glad to see it get out the door! But overall, I'm happy with the final product.

I had this same issue recently with an older Graphtec. Replacing the pinch rollers solved the issue.
