  6. To Print or Cut?

If all I had was 30" to print with I would have either sent print out to be done or most likely used cut vinyl but hindsight is 20/20. That being said I love my roll pro. Once you get the hang of it it is a race car compared to other techniques.

  9. Has anyone used Nazdar ink? CET Q series

Nazdar is a major ink manufacturer. A lot of after market carts from other companies are supplied by nazdar and relabeled. I have used them for screen printing for 40 years now and used their carts with great success in my solvent printer for 10 years ( I no longer have it) with no issues.

  11. OKI Seiko ColorPainter W-64s Issue Help...

O-rings and dampers are something that should be on hand. Solvent ink wears em out. I had a seiko for years and got fairly proficient at maintenance type repairs to save cost of tech.
  12. Varnishing over SignGold & vinyl.

You have to start with very light coats over graphic so as not to melt the vinyl with solvent in your varnish. After you have a couple coats cured you van go at it like normal. I would of course experiment until I was sure of process before touching customers boat.I am not sure about the sign...
  13. Coroplast Sign Pricing...

I've been screen printing for over 40 years now and I won't lower my price to the point that I would win most political jobs. I do some, but they are mostly short run (by printing standards) or for a local race. I just scratch my head at some of the prices I see occasionally. I've seen some that...
  14. Installing 4x4 realtor signpost

Most real estate agents run away when I won't race to the bottom of the barrel with a less experienced sticker jockey. Some come back after trying to do it themselves or having their teenager do it seven kinds of wrong.
  15. Removing screen printed ink from backlit face

    Nail Salon much?lol
  16. Removing screen printed ink from backlit face

Wholesale Sign Superstore is the old Daniels co. Been using them for years. They make a good pan.
  17. Removing screen printed ink from backlit face

Sprayed not printed, what everyone else says...new faces. I've used grip flex in the past to remove but only did it once. The time it takes to do it right and then still end up with very stressed face from all the chemical and elbow grease makes new faces cheap.
  18. List - Magnets that don’t stick

corvette kias, most minivan tailgates... Any more when someone orders magnets I take a magnet roll scrap and tell them to make sure it sticks first to be safe.
