I haven't talked to Andy Holmes (owner of Vector Art) as to why but I would guess that the site isn't earning decently enough to continue on with it. Unless you have millions of images, most buyers won't even bother looking at what you have to offer.

You need to upload an image of your sample.

Unplug the Edge and remove the side and top covers. One at a time, disconnect and reconnect every connector that you see. This will fix if the problem is a poor connection anywhere. Also check for any fault in the platen at the place where the misprinting is happening.
