If it's cutting deeper on one side than the other, probably has some glue residue under it. When taking off the old one, you have to clean it really good. The glue is pretty clear and you may think its clean but its not.
Onsrud.com. When I click the link, I get the page for downloads. Just click on the orange download looking button for the material you want to cut and a chart for feeds and speeds pdf pops up.

I was hoping maybe someone else that had the error 1106 would see this post. I will be pulling the cover switches off and checking them shortly. Any ideas on other problems it could be?
Walter at phototex will send you a sample. It works great. Keep in mind that phototex is not opaque. Your overlaps will need to be cut like a carpet joint for best results.
For what it's worth, it's right in the catalog on page 248 who the distributers are. GSG, JDS, NRS, Midwest sign, Reece and Tubelite. I think this is for everything in the sign component part of the book.
