Not a smoker but most days I have grease under my fingernails.
If you don't need it to move at all a couple of short 2x4s and some self-tapping screws to lift casters off the floor should do it.

Just read the last part - 'permanent lock'. Skip the 2x4s and run the self tapers through the plastic into the caster - no more rolling.
I rolled back the March 22 update of the 'Android System WebView' app and the crashes stopped. Google has a fix but it seems to be stuck - maybe too many users trying to download the same file at once.

Hmmm, a few days after getting vaccinated my android phone has started to crash. Wonder if my new 5g chip is interfering with my phone's 4g?
Play Store has a fix but I can't seem to get past "pending" on the download.
Would be interesting to see what the first one would do against a snow plow or cow catcher on the front of a good-sized truck. Maybe cause it to scoop up right through the windshield and driver.
