3-6mm. But I would use Oracal 751 on that. 3551RA thin lines won't stick as well as 751 on a window.

How common of a problem are the seals in your experience? How do you know if the seal is bad?

On the SG heads, there are rubber seals on top the print head on the white plastic part. I don't think you can change them, they seem to be molded into the plastic.

At least the SG, and VG/2/3 series roland have a firmware dip switch you can set to unlock service mode permanently without any special software. Not sure about the LEC2.
