    I wouldn't be using that type of vinyl on vehicles personally. I agree that there is no warranty if the customer installs as there are just too many variables for failure. John

    You tried direct connect but did you try a different Ethernet cable? I am running Versaworks version 5.1.1 on my SP300V and SP540V. I had some problems with other versions and found this one is the most bug free in my opinion. Maybe you could try to update to that version and see if it helps. John

    Does the generic encoder strip have a left or right end? I see it has a longer clear tip on one end but does that end go to the left or right side of the printer. Thanks for any help! John
