I have a GS15plus. The touchpad buttons are getting worn out as I have to push them several times to get the plotter to operate. It is mostly the up down and right left buttons. Can these be serviced/ repaired or is there a replacement pad available? Thanks, John

You may need more heat? I had the same problem and then did some testing on different rivets. On some it took a lot of heat to get it right. I almost thought I was going to melt the vinyl at one point. So I'd say take some scrap vinyl and do some tests around the rivets first to get an idea of...

I bought both of my current printers by contacting the tech at one of my sign supply companies. They know the printers out there and have serviced them. I told them to keep a lookout for a good one when someone bought new. John
