I have tried all of this, I air purged, I cleaned manually, did nozzle wash etc. etc nothing works. If you look at my picture with the test prints I indicate everything that was done before each test print. Thanks again for your reply .

I have had constant banding issues since I’ve had this printer. Chromatic banding is a constant problem. Also after every few feet of printing we keep dropping a significant amount of nozzles and banding occurs. So far I am not impressed and we are holding off for the delivery of the second one...

We do wallpaper. 20 oz vinyl and prepasted wallpaper that is pvc free

Sorry for the late response.. but in general all our vinyls, pvc based products had dimensional distortion happening. 20 oz wallcovering, orajet 3640,3621, 3M ij180, even some paper products. My experience is only on the latex 360 and 560. The 360 was actually much better than the 560 as it had...

This happens on all media. We tried over 10 different types. By the way, the new white ink (LUS170) off our mimaki UCJV300 is increadible. We can print one pass on black vinyl without the white showing any of the black beneath it. Not only are the inks extremely opaque they also stretch to 170%...

Can anyone specify on what media you are printing with the epson surecolor that the inks do not scratch? I really would like to resolve this issue if it is true. Also is everyone using the new Ultra Chrome GS3 inks? These are the inks I am using. Thanks!

The UCJV300-160 is a brand new model. First shipments were last December. I highly recommend this printer. It is a true Tank and delivers incredible quality.
