Wrong paper size...? I don't think so. I usually setup the page size in corel to equal the sign panel size (eg 24 x 36 inch, say) and then lay out the sign in corel. I'll then make a box the size of the default max pagesize for the PNC1000 (which is about 18" x 5 ft) and position the text...

In print properties, the default settings usually suffice.

On the plotter, you need mode2, paralell, rotate=0, language=hpgl. On the computer you need the plotter driver installed. In corel you need to add a hairline outline to all text or it will NOT plot it. In corel, You need to run file>print setup to set up the plotter as the default device. In...

Have you bought a new printer cable yet? Get one.

Don't use Com1, use Lpt1. Get a new printer cable. Don't tell me how much you paid, that means nothing, $5 or $5 million, don't tell me how many times you did or did not load XP or Corel, you only need to do it once- correctly. If XP doesn't work or Corel Draw doesn't work, then nobody can help...
