It'd be something above the head, not below it. Sounds like partially clogged dampers or something restricting the flow - causing ink starvation on a long run. Being that 1 normal cleaning brought them back, the cap seal seems good. As Rooster said: check the dampers.

It's easy to overlook, but Signlab has included a handy little icon in all open/save/import windows called "Favourites". It's located top right next to View Menu. You can add all your favourite locations where you normally go to open or save your files.

Hi Bloobird, yes you can use the pre fill carts - it's the same fluid. BTW, I have the same machine and noticed that it didn't tell me when the cleaning cart was empty. So I think you need to keep an eye on it yourself.

Yeah, I get that problem because I work in ARGB space and use rgb vectors for some colours, when I send a pdf to the client, it blows the greens etc.

I'm glad you pointed that out and it makes things much clearer. I guess in the end we should have both input profiles in our arsenal, using one primarily and then switching to the other when deemed necessary.
