Hello, I am running a Roland SolJet 545 with ecosolvant inks and we pulled out a light cyan ink cartridge to find that the end had been melted. has anyone ever had this issue. Any insight would be appriciate, solution cause, anything!!! Thanks guys Attached is a picture.
