Thanks all, Mike, We used Orajet 3951G, Oraguard 290G and Eco-Sol Max Inks. Also, the design is all vector (designed in CorelDRAW of course), no textures and no gradients. It looks like we will have a little bit of sun today so I may get some better pictures.

Yes. You can remove the fill from the extrude, then give it an outline. To remove the fill select the extrude then left click no fill (white box with black X) from your color palette. Then if you right click the color you want from the palette it will apply that color to the extrude outlines...

You can use the extrude tool in Corel, then apply a thick yellow outline to that extrude. It looks like parts of that extrude aren't there though. So you will need to break it a part. Then delete what ever is not seen in the sample above.

What's with phone numbers on signs anyway? On the window lettering of your front door maybe... but heck they are already there and if you aren't and your place is closed, no one is there to answer the phone, am I right? I feel like a sign's primary goal is a location marker, and the secondary...
