JPEG is a standard Save As option when image size + resolution creates a file less than 2 GB. Any larger than that and you only get what I am getting as options.
I reduced the resolution to 72 ppi and it worked. Artifacts won't matter on 50/50 perf vinyl.
Have two banner files that are 822 inches and 914 inches long respectively and are saved as .psb files out of Photoshop.
