  1. Question Cleaning acrylic for flatbed printing

Buy and use actual acrylic cleaner from Novus. Oddly enough - it contains iso alcohol but has other stuff that gives you a longer time to work with it. I second the opinion on buying Optix DA and/or acrylic that has plastic liner and not paper. I have thrown crap around my shop when the paper...

  13. How do I cut Max Metal?

You have to test the stuff with your printer/ink combo and depends on your end use. i have gotten some cheap Chinese stuff that printed fine, but when you went to cut it - it would flake the actual aluminum off. Have also had some that when you bend it would crack the aluminum instead of bending...
  14. How do I cut Max Metal?

Keencut SteelTrak Vertical Substrate Cutters I have one of these. Has twin roller blades that cut aluminum composite panel like butter. Well worth the investment. Mine is freestanding, but you can also do wall mount. Cuts PVC, coroplast, foambaord - anything you can cut with a knife. Also...

  19. Large Photoshop Files

I have the latest PS CC 2017. JPEG is a standard Save As option when image size + resolution creates a file less than 2 GB. Any larger than that and you only get what I am getting as options. I reduced the resolution to 72 ppi and it worked. Artifacts won't matter on 50/50 perf vinyl.
  20. Large Photoshop Files

Have two banner files that are 822 inches and 914 inches long respectively and are saved as .psb files out of Photoshop. I do not get an option to save them as anything other than TIFF, PSB or RAW. I need to save them as JPEG to send to printer. Is there any way to do this with such large...
